ENGLISH PUDDING

ENGLISH PUDDING
INGREDIENTS
200 gs of butter
200 gs of sugar
400 gs of flour
3 teaspoonful of dust from bake
150 gs. Raisin seed of sin.
200 gs. chopped candied fruit.
200 gs. walnuts or almonds
6 eggs
1 small glass of cognac.
PREPARATION

Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the dough just comes together. After adding all the eggs, add the cognac. Sift flour and baking powder. Incorporate the beaten egg and stir quickly. Add the raisins, the candied fruit and chopped nuts, mix well. Half fill a mold of buttered and floured pudding. Cook in oven soft for 50 to 60 minutes to ensure that the inside is cooked. Unmold and let cool. It can be covered with a thin layer of icing.

Rice Frice is delicius food of Peru and is very easy to do:
Ingredient:

2 cups with rice
9 oz (250) of chicken fillet cooked, diced in ½ in (1cm) pieces and browned
4 slices of bacon with excess fat removed diced
8 to 10 green onion stalks withe and green parts chooped in ½ in pieces
½ red pepper seeded and ribs removed finely chopped
3 eggs 
1 tablespoon milk 
2 tablestoon fresh ginger finely chooped 
1 teaspoon garlic finely choped 
soy sauce to taste
Monosodium glutamate
1 tablestoon vegetable oil
satl
pepper
                      



Preparation:
 Prepare rice the usual way with garlic, water and salt.
  Lightly beat eggs. Add 1 tablespoon milk and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet, pour egg mixture and tilt skillet to cover bottom. Cook at moderate heat. Remove egg tortilla from skillet, once cooked and cut in ½ inch (1cm) pieces. Set Aside.

Fry bacon in a greaseless skillet at medium heat until cooked but not crispy. Remove from skillet and drain in paper towel. Fry garlic and ginger in the bacon skillet, raise heat, add green onion and red pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, chicken, egg tortilla and monosodium . Combine well. If mixture is too dry, add 1 tablespoon of boiling water.

Add rice, combine and serve immediately.

POTATO THE HUANCAINA
The potato the huancaina is a very good and delicius food:


Ingredients:
1Kg of potatoes
2 Onions (purples)
2 peppers
a little bet of chesse cool
a biscuits of soda
and evapored milk


PREPARATION
Remove seeds and veins from the ajis or chilli peppers and wash well with water rubbing one against the other. Cut into pieces.

In a medium skillet, with oil, stir-fry the aji, whole garlic cloves until tender.

Put this mixture in a blender or processor and add the cheese and oil. Blend until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

To serve: Arrange sliced potatoes on a bed of lettuce, pour sauce to cover. Garnish with sliced hardboiled eggs
